Tennessee or Virginia Nurse Practitioner Manager

Job Summary

To ensure effective treatment of patients, the full-time virtual Tennessee or Virginia Nurse Practitioner Manager will oversee clinical program operations, manage patient caseloads, and provide direction to Nurse Practitioners while working Monday through Friday, with rotating on-call responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

• Oversees and manages Clinical Programs operations
• Manages patient caseloads and provides resources to Nurse Practitioners
• Hires, trains, coaches, and evaluates performance of direct reports

Required qualifications

• MS in Nursing with a minimum of 5 years of nurse practitioner experience
• Current, unrestricted RN Compact license and Nurse Practitioner license in Tennessee or Virginia
• Direct People Management/People Leadership experience in a healthcare setting
