Required Qualifications and Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 4+ years of experience in healthcare patient access or front-office operations
• 2+ years of direct people leadership experience
• Experience leading remote teams and managing performance
• Ability to analyze performance metrics and develop improvement plans
