Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative - Work From Home.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide telephone support to patients receiving specialty drug therapy
• Coordinate and process new patient medication orders and reorders, including verifying benefits
• Communicate with insurance companies, patients, and internal teams to resolve order issues

Required Qualifications

• One year experience in a customer service role handling complex customer needs over the phone
• One year work experience with Windows-based applications, including Microsoft Office
• One year computer keyboarding experience
• Verifiable high school diploma or equivalent
