Tennessee Pre-Litigation Case Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pre-Litigation Case Manager in Tennessee.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in reviewing and assessing the merits of clients' Personal Injury claims
• Support claim development from intake through resolution by gathering and summarizing documentation
• Prepare demand packages and serve as a primary point of contact for clients during the pre-litigation phase

Required Qualifications

• 2-6 years of experience in Personal Injury pre-litigation matters in Tennessee
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a high-volume caseload
• Experience in requesting, reviewing, and summarizing medical records and bills
• Familiarity with Personal Injury claims processes and insurance procedures is preferred
• Experience with case management software is a plus
