Job Summary

A company in the Education industry is looking for a Tennessee Secondary Math Substitute Teacher for the 2023-2024 school year.

Position Responsibilities

• Act as teacher of record at various schools during periods of short- or long-term absences or vacancies
• Communicate with parents, students and other teachers on a regular basis to develop and update individualized learning plans and schedules
• Support the instructional program through a combination of synchronous and asynchronous web conferencing sessions

Required Qualifications

• Highly qualified and certified to teach Math in Tennessee
• Bachelor's degree or higher
• Understanding of IEP/504 plans and how they can be implemented in a virtual setting
• Strong technology skills
• Reliable, high-speed internet access
