Required Qualifications
  • 2 years of experience in a Technical Support and/or Call Center role/setting
  • Associate's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Experience with ITSM environments
  • Working knowledge of Windows Operating Systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
