Job Summary
To support effective patient care, the part-time Tennessee Telehealth Technician will provide clinical and administrative support during telemedicine visits, ensuring compliance with policies while maintaining a compassionate atmosphere for patients and providers.
Key responsibilities
- Provide administrative and clinical support for telemedicine visits, including patient chart preparation and follow-up tasks
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with patients and providers through effective communication
- Ensure adherence to regulations, including HIPAA, while documenting patient interactions accurately
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or its equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience in a clinical setting, preferably urgent care
- Technical proficiency with telemedicine platforms and reliable internet access
- Ability to navigate and troubleshoot technical issues independently
- Must reside in the Fast Pace Health service states
