Job Summary

Managing a caseload of lost time workers' compensation claims, the remote Tennessee Workers' Compensation Adjuster will investigate claims, evaluate liability, manage litigation, and ensure timely and compliant claim handling.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a desk of workers' compensation claims efficiently and professionally
• Investigate claims thoroughly, including analysis of coverage, liability, and exposure
• Evaluate claims for settlement and negotiate resolutions with claimants and attorneys

Required qualifications

• Workers' compensation claims handling experience required
• Experience with lost time workers' compensation claims beneficial
• Exposure to litigation management and settlement negotiations beneficial
• Must reside in the state of Tennessee
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree beneficial
