Tennis League Representative

Job Summary

To grow tennis in local communities, the part-time Regional Flex League Representative will drive player sign-ups and maintain ongoing communication with participants while working remotely on a contract basis.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct personal outreach to recruit new players and maintain engagement with existing participants
• Promote Flex Leagues through digital channels and local tennis facilities, including hosting meetings and distributing promotional materials
• Utilize marketing tools and strategies provided by UTR Sports to drive growth and brand awareness in the community

Required qualifications

• Active/established tennis player and/or coach with a passion for growing the game
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to manage tasks from ideation to execution
• Proficiency in digital and social marketing across platforms like Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook
• Demonstrated ability to network, sell, and recruit within the tennis community
• Preferred undergraduate degree or at least 2 years of relevant professional experience
