Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tenure Track Assistant Professor in Human Factors.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach undergraduate and graduate courses in Human Factors and related areas online
• Contribute to course development and continuous improvement of curriculum
• Engage in student support, mentoring, and departmental service activities

Required Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Human Factors, Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Psychology, or a related field
• Demonstrated ability to teach or support instruction in human factors-related topics
• Evidence of applied or practical experience in human factors or human-systems integration
• Experience teaching in online or hybrid modalities is preferred
• Engagement with professional organizations or applied research initiatives is preferred
