Seeking a detail-oriented and innovative individual, the full-time Termite Appointment Setter will work remotely to contact customers, book termite inspections, and optimize appointment schedules while collaborating with field inspectors and team members.

Key responsibilities:

• Contact current and potential customers to schedule termite inspections and create efficient field routes
• Utilize persuasive communication techniques to handle customer objections and align availability with inspector schedules
• Document appointment details accurately in the CRM and collaborate with team members to address cancellations and inquiries
