Job Summary

A company is looking for a Territory Development Manager to drive sustainable business growth through operator and trade partner engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive sales growth and market share through engagement with operators and trade partners
  • Utilize data and CRM tools to plan and execute sales strategies and customer presentations
  • Conduct culinary consultations and implement multi-touchpoint contact strategies to generate demand for products
Required Qualifications
  • Experience in CPG foodservice sales (B2B)
  • Background in culinary or chef selling
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
  • Knowledge of the foodservice market and existing operator networks
  • Educational background in food and hospitality, such as from a culinary institute
