Job Summary

A company is looking for a Territory Development Manager to drive sustainable business growth through Operator, Chain, and Trade Partner engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive sales growth and customer engagement through a multi-touchpoint contact strategy
  • Utilize data and CRM tools to plan and execute sales calls, ensuring customer satisfaction and market share growth
  • Conduct culinary consultations and demonstrations to generate demand for food solutions products
Required Qualifications
  • Experience in CPG foodservice sales (B2B)
  • Background in culinary or chef selling
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
  • Knowledge of market trends and geographical market dynamics
  • Food University background (e.g., CIA, Food & Hospitality) is preferred
