Job Summary
A company is looking for a Territory Development Manager to drive sustainable business growth through Operator, Chain, and Trade Partner engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth and customer engagement through a multi-touchpoint contact strategy
- Utilize data and CRM tools to plan and execute sales calls, ensuring customer satisfaction and market share growth
- Conduct culinary consultations and demonstrations to generate demand for food solutions products
Required Qualifications
- Experience in CPG foodservice sales (B2B)
- Background in culinary or chef selling
- Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
- Knowledge of market trends and geographical market dynamics
- Food University background (e.g., CIA, Food & Hospitality) is preferred
