Territory Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Territory Manager to supervise and direct investigative field staff within a dedicated territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Review new assignments and ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs)
• Conduct quality control reviews of investigative work and monitor team performance
• Manage payroll, expenses, and staffing needs while communicating effectively with clients and staff

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of management or supervisory experience, preferably in the investigative industry
• Bachelor's degree or 2 years of relevant experience in investigation, auditing, or law enforcement
• Experience as a "Covering" Case Manager is highly preferable
• Ability to work nights and weekends as needed
• Experience with staff performance evaluation and recruitment processes
