Job Summary
A company is looking for a Territory Manager to supervise and direct investigative field staff within a dedicated territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Review new assignments and ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs)
- Conduct quality control reviews of investigative work and monitor team performance
- Manage payroll, expenses, and staffing needs while communicating effectively with clients and staff
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of management or supervisory experience, preferably in the investigative industry
- Bachelor's degree or 2 years of relevant experience in investigation, auditing, or law enforcement
- Experience as a "Covering" Case Manager is highly preferable
- Ability to work nights and weekends as needed
- Experience with staff performance evaluation and recruitment processes
