Job Summary
To drive sales and foster strong customer relationships, the full-time remote Territory Manager - Northeast will manage sales strategies, train the sales team, and analyze market trends across the assigned territory in the northeastern United States.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide guidance and training to the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets
- Analyze sales metrics and market data to assess team performance and identify opportunities for improvement
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field
- 6-10 years of relevant experience
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Strong analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trends
- Proven ability to cultivate customer relationships and work independently
