Job Summary

A company is looking for a Territory Manager for the Northeast region.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Market Associates & Market Managers to maximize partner relationships and achieve business performance goals
• Develop supply strategy plans and assign resources for the assigned territory
• Accountable for business performance, including revenue goals and supply acquisition targets

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant global operations experience, with at least 4+ years in a management role
• Expertise in managing complex, highly-regulated markets, particularly in the Northeast Atlantic territory
• Proven ability to grow and develop high-performing teams
• Experience in leveraging data to propose new business opportunities
• Ability to create a positive team culture and manage team performance effectively
