Job Summary

A company is looking for a Territory Manager for the Southeast region.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Market Associates & Market Managers to maximize partner relationships and achieve business performance goals
• Develop supply strategy plans and assign resources for supply acquisition and optimization
• Accountable for business performance in the assigned territory, including revenue goals and supply acquisition targets

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant global operations experience with at least 4+ years in a management role
• Proven ability to grow and develop high-performing teams
• Expertise in the Southeast & Gulf territory
• Experience in leveraging data to propose new business opportunities
• Ability to create a positive team culture and manage performance effectively
