Territory Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Territory Representative II to enhance customer service and support sales accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and assist with inquiries from dealers and sales representatives
• Process orders, returns, and modifications while ensuring timely shipment follow-up
• Build customer relationships and adhere to department policies regarding wholesale orders

Required Qualifications

• Two to three years of project coordination and customer contact handling experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Proficiency with technology as a resource for problem-solving
• Proficiency in Microsoft Applications
