Job Summary

Territory Sales Manager, responsible for planning and growing a profitable dealer base in a full-time role with a focus on sales and customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, organize, and grow a volume-driven base of approximately 50 target and core dealers
  • Build sales through communication with customers regarding products, services, and promotions
  • Collaborate with Branch Managers to increase sales and ensure customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the HVAC industry
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent; college degree preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Strong relationship-building and customer service skills
  • Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
