Job Summary

Territory Sales Manager is a full-time position responsible for planning, organizing, and developing a profitable dealer base while promoting products and services within the Dallas, TX region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and grow a volume-driven base of approximately 50 dealers
  • Communicate with customers about new products and maintain sales revenue
  • Collaborate with branch teams to increase sales and monitor competitive activity
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the HVAC industry
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent; college degree preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Strong relationship-building and customer service skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously
