Job Summary
Territory Sales Manager is a full-time position responsible for planning, organizing, and developing a profitable dealer base while promoting products and services within the Dallas, TX region.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and grow a volume-driven base of approximately 50 dealers
- Communicate with customers about new products and maintain sales revenue
- Collaborate with branch teams to increase sales and monitor competitive activity
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the HVAC industry
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent; college degree preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Strong relationship-building and customer service skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously
