Job Summary
Driving growth across the US territory, the full-time remote Territory Sales Manager will lead inside sales agents, expand the dealer network, and increase direct-to-consumer sales while focusing on team performance and dealer partnerships.
Key responsibilities
- Leads and coaches a team of inside sales agents to achieve KPIs, including revenue targets and customer satisfaction metrics
- Drives growth of the Easy Water dealer business by strengthening partnerships and identifying new sales opportunities
- Utilizes data and CRM systems to track performance and communicate regularly with leadership on growth initiatives
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 5+ years of professional experience with demonstrated leadership or supervisory responsibilities
- Prior experience in coaching or mentoring within customer service or inside sales environments
- Proven ability to manage performance through KPIs and metrics
- Strong technical background and/or aptitude
