Job Summary

Driving market adoption and revenue growth, the full-time Territory Sales Representative will manage the promotion of Trex Composite Fencing within NC, SC, GA, and FL, focusing on contractor recruitment, education, and strategic partnerships in a fully remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Grow Trex Composite Fencing sales by converting share from wood, vinyl, and competitive composite products
  • Identify, recruit, and activate residential fencing contractors to consistently quote Trex in project estimates
  • Support contractor training and enablement through in-field demonstrations and sales materials
Required Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of outside sales experience in building materials, construction products, or home improvement
  • Proven success in influencing product selection and driving adoption of premium solutions
  • Experience working with contractors, installers, or trade professionals
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage a field-based territory independently
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the assigned market
