Territory Support Representative

Job Summary

Joining a remote-first organization, the full-time Territory Support Representative will manage strategic implementations for large states, consortiums, and school districts by connecting with leadership, processing sales orders, and maintaining CRM records.

Key responsibilities

• Connect directly with building level leadership to verify renewal purchases and support implementations
• Prepare and process accurate sales orders while ensuring timely documentation for clients
• Build and share reports on product usage and at-risk accounts to support proactive client communication

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferably in K-12 education
• Experience in sales, business development, or lead generation in a customer-focused environment
• Hands-on experience with CRM systems and business tools like MS Outlook
• Ability to conduct professional virtual meetings confidently
• Strong time management skills and a self-starter mentality
