Test Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Test Analyst IV to ensure software applications meet organizational standards and user requirements through thorough testing and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct online, batch, and data verification testing, creating test designs and coordinating with technical and business resources to resolve issues
• Develop and recommend testing strategies, perform risk assessments, and ensure new functionalities do not adversely affect existing software
• Provide guidance on test plans, maintain compliance with industry standards, and mentor less experienced team members

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business, or related field
• Typically a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of relational databases and the Bankcard industry, along with experience using IBM Rational tools
• Preferred minimum of 8 years relevant experience, including test automation and API testing
• Experience with software tools such as Selenium, JMeter, and various testing frameworks
