Test Analyst

Job Summary

To ensure the accuracy and integrity of software systems, the full-time remote Test Analyst will develop and execute test plans, track defects, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support software quality assurance.

Key responsibilities

• Execute tests, track defects, and manage the resolution process until fixes are verified and closed
• Understand system functionality and interact with Developers, Business Analysts, and Product Management to ensure software quality
• Support weekly software and web deployments by applying basic test methodologies and product knowledge

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience (4 additional years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree)
• 2 years of experience in testing, functional analysis, or relevant analysis in targeted software testing
• Knowledge of automated testing and familiarity with healthcare industry standards
• Ability to develop test scripts, plans, and procedures
• Experience with Facets Claims is preferred
