Test Architect

Job Summary

Seeking a customer-facing, hands-on Test Architect with over 12 years of experience, the full-time remote position will lead enterprise-wide quality engineering initiatives, focusing on AI-driven test automation and quality transformation across various platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the enterprise-wide end-to-end QA strategy, automation roadmap, and quality governance
• Design and implement scalable UI, API, Integration, and E2E automation frameworks
• Define and track quality engineering KPIs and automation success metrics

Required qualifications

• 12+ years in Quality Engineering/Test Automation
• 6+ years as a hands-on Test Architect or Automation Architect
• Strong experience building and refining automation frameworks
• Experience leading distributed QA/SDET teams
• Strong customer-facing, consulting, and leadership skills
