Test Assembly Research Assistant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Test Assembly Research Assistant.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the creation and maintenance of test materials including booklets and score sheets
• Support quality control procedures and conduct reviews of test materials for accuracy and consistency
• Collaborate with graphic designers to implement layout adjustments and transfer content into InDesign templates

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Education, Applied Linguistics, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• At least 2 years of experience in the production of educational materials
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe InDesign
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and adapt to shifting priorities
• Experience with databases or test item banks
