Key Responsibilities

• Lead and administer testing tools and platforms, ensuring operational support and governance
• Own end-to-end test outcomes, including planning, execution, defect management, and quality signoff
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to testers and quality engineers across teams

Required Qualifications

• 15-20 years of senior-level experience in test leadership and quality ownership
• Experience in test tool administration and support for test management and execution reporting
• Strong expertise in manual and automation testing practices
• Deep understanding of SDLC, STLC, test strategy, and test governance
• Ability to mentor, coach, and guide test teams
