Test Automation Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Test Automation Engineer to work remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Test Architect/Test Lead and product owners to identify automation testing needs and develop testing plans
• Define and build reusable testing assets and implement test automation frameworks for complex projects
• Provide technical leadership in creating complex test scripts and improve quality practices across various testing types

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of hands-on test automation development experience, preferably in US Healthcare Payer systems
• Strong understanding of automation scripting, programming, and computer architecture
• Proven experience in setting up automation test frameworks and various types of testing including API and performance testing
• Experience with the full software project lifecycle, including SAFe, Agile, and DevOps methodologies
• Track record of managing complex test programs while adhering to budget and quality standards
