Test Automation Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Test Automation Engineer to support the DoD in building a next-generation Air Force aircraft maintenance application.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated tests for platform functionality across APIs, microservices, and user interfaces
• Develop and execute integration, functional, and regression tests for distributed systems and platform services
• Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to ensure quality standards are maintained throughout development

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related engineering field (preferred)
• 3+ years of experience in modern programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Java
• 2+ years of experience writing automated tests and technical test documentation
• Experience with automated test frameworks and API testing
• Ability to obtain a DoD Secret clearance
