Test Automation Engineer

Job Summary

Supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs, the full-time Test Automation Engineer will design, develop, and maintain automated testing solutions for software products and middleware platforms in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Collaborate with developers and testers to create and maintain automated test solutions
• Develop end-to-end test automation frameworks for middleware, API, and data layer testing
• Plan and execute regression, integration, and performance testing activities related to software releases

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or a related technical discipline
• 10+ years of experience in software testing and test automation
• Strong experience with Selenium, TestNG, and Java scripting for automation development
• Experience testing middleware applications using Java, Node.js, and AWS technologies
• Expertise in integrating automated testing into CI/CD pipelines
