Test Automation Engineer
Job Summary
Supporting a large federal healthcare technology program, the full-time Test Automation Engineer will develop and maintain automated test solutions, design testing strategies, and build Selenium-based automation frameworks while working remotely within the continental US.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain automated test solutions in collaboration with software developers and functional testers
- Design and execute automated testing strategies across middleware, API, and data integration layers
- Support CI/CD pipeline automation and testing activities within Agile and DevSecOps environments
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance
- Strong hands-on experience with Selenium automation frameworks using Java and TestNG
- Experience with API automation testing using RestAssured, Karate, ReadyAPI, or SoapUI
- Strong understanding of CI/CD, Agile, and DevSecOps testing practices
