Job Summary

Supporting a large federal healthcare technology program, the full-time remote Test Automation Engineer will develop and maintain automated test solutions, design and execute testing strategies, and build scalable automation frameworks using Java and TestNG.

Key responsibilities:

Develop and maintain automated test solutions in collaboration with software developers and functional testers
Design and execute automated testing strategies across middleware, API, and data integration layers
Perform API automation testing using tools such as RestAssured, Karate, and SoapUI

Required qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
Minimum of 10 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance
Strong hands-on experience with Selenium automation frameworks using Java and TestNG
Recent experience writing, debugging, and maintaining Java-based automation scripts
Experience with API automation testing using RestAssured, Karate, ReadyAPI, or SoapUI
