Test Automation Engineer

Job Summary

To support the quality assurance of software products in Core Banking, the full-time remote Test Automation Engineer will design, implement, and maintain both manual and automated testing solutions while collaborating with development teams to integrate automated tests throughout the software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan test phases, design test concepts, and execute manual tests while developing and maintaining automated test scripts for UI, API, and SAP GUI testing
• Collaborate with developers and product owners to define test strategies, acceptance criteria, and identify automation opportunities across the test pyramid
• Provide clear and actionable defect reports to ensure quality and reliability of software products

Required Qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience in Test Automation
• Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Python, TypeScript, or JavaScript
• Hands-on experience with the Playwright automation framework and SAP GUI testing
• Strong understanding of API testing and familiarity with tools like Bruno
• Experience with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD tools, along with a basic understanding of DevOps concepts and containerization (Docker)
