Test Automation Engineer

Job Summary

Designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts, the full-time Test Automation Engineer will support PeopleSoft HCM enhancements and defect fixes while collaborating with cross-functional teams, and will work onsite or remotely as required by the contract.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and execute automated test scripts for PeopleSoft HCM, including functional, regression, and end-to-end testing
• Build and maintain scalable UFT-based automation assets and support scripts for enhanced execution
• Analyze test execution results and logs to identify defects, performing root cause analysis and documenting findings

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
• 3+ years of software QA and test automation experience, particularly with enterprise applications
• Hands-on expertise with OpenText UFT, including scripting and object repository management
• Experience automating testing for PeopleSoft HCM or similar enterprise systems
• Ability to develop supporting scripts for automation execution, including data handling and validation
