Test Automation Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Test Automation Engineer will develop end-to-end systems for government partners, focusing on modernizing legacy platforms to enhance user experiences and accessibility.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineers and government partners to design and implement scalable software solutions
• Write and maintain comprehensive documentation for test plans, cases, and results while monitoring test outcomes
• Participate in an on-call rotation for production support and contribute to hiring activities as needed

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of testing experience with at least 5 years coding in JavaScript
• Experience in developing testing strategies and defining processes for complex enterprise applications
• Proficiency with automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright
• Familiarity with performance testing tools and security testing best practices
• Strong skills in defect tracking and reporting using tools like Jira or GitHub
