Test Automation Engineer Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Test Automation Engineer Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team in designing, developing, and maintaining automated test strategies and frameworks
• Mentor automation engineers and drive automation strategy, including framework design and CI/CD integration
• Collaborate with stakeholders to troubleshoot automation defects and implement process improvements

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; BA/BS in a related field or equivalent experience preferred
• 8+ years of hands-on automated testing experience, including architecture of automation solutions
• Proven leadership experience supporting large enterprise applications
• Expert proficiency in unit, API, integration, and regression testing
• Advanced experience with automation tools such as Pytest, Selenium, or Cypress
