Test Automation Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Test Engineer - Automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as an Automation SME for TestComplete and MABL, providing hands-on support and mentoring to QA team members
• Define and own Test Automation Strategy, ensuring adherence to QA processes and driving improvements in test coverage and quality metrics
• Engage with stakeholders as a QA automation consultant, translating requirements into effective automation solutions and supporting large-scale deployments

Required Qualifications

• 6-12 years of overall QA / Test Automation experience
• Strong hands-on expertise in TestComplete and MABL
• Experience with CI/CD integration (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, etc.) and solid understanding of OOPS concepts
• Strong experience in Clinical Trial Lifecycle / Pharmaceutical systems and knowledge of GxP regulations
• Proven experience in consulting or managed services delivery models
