Test Automation Lead

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the remote Test Automation Lead will manage test strategy and automation efforts using Playwright, ensuring effective Agile delivery and integration into CI/CD pipelines.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Agile delivery by participating in sprint planning and guiding the QA team to maximize sprint velocity
• Design and implement test automation frameworks and conduct tooling feasibility assessments
• Integrate test automation into CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and Azure DevOps

Required qualifications

• 9+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance and Engineering
• Strong expertise in Test Strategy and Test Automation, specifically with Playwright
• Experience in developing custom reporting engines leveraging GitHub APIs and Datadog
• Knowledge of professional services related to test automation
• Proven experience in tools rationalization and feasibility assessments across multiple projects
