Job Summary
Driving a unified test automation strategy, the full-time Test Automation Lead will establish framework standards, mentor teams, and implement automation practices while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Define and standardize test automation tools and frameworks across delivery teams, ensuring continuous improvement of testing strategies
- Collaborate with engineering and DevOps to integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and establish automated quality gates
- Provide mentorship to Software Test Engineers and delivery-team engineers, fostering a quality-first mindset and driving automation metrics
Required qualifications
- Proven experience in defining and implementing test automation strategies across multiple teams
- Strong understanding of QA best practices and experience in Scrum environments
- Hands-on experience with modern test automation frameworks such as Playwright and Selenium
- Experience integrating automated testing into CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or similar tools
- Familiarity with testing APIs and web services using REST, JSON, and XML
