Test Automation Systems Engineer

Job Summary

Supporting the development of automated validation systems, the full-time remote Test Automation Systems Engineer will contribute to building scalable automation frameworks and validation infrastructure, ensuring software release quality across embedded and autonomy platforms using Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) systems.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to the development and maintenance of automated test frameworks for component-level validation using HIL systems
• Develop Python-based tooling to support test automation, validation workflows, and data analysis
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze test failures, debug issues, and improve validation strategies

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field plus 0-4 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree in a related field
• Strong programming experience in Python
• Familiarity with software development workflows, including version control and CI/CD environments
• Basic understanding of embedded systems or hardware/software integration concepts
• Ability to analyze logs and troubleshoot software or system-level problems
