Test Development Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Test Development Technician Program Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Test Development Technicians, overseeing project execution from concept to implementation
• Develop project plans, monitor progress, and implement risk mitigation strategies for test development initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test requirements and ensure adherence to industry standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field; Master's degree is a plus
• 5+ years of experience in test engineering or test development, with a focus on automated test equipment (ATE) and test fixture design
• 2+ years of leadership or program management experience managing technical teams
• Proficiency in programming languages used in test automation (e.g., LabVIEW, TestStand, Python, C#, C++)
• Strong understanding of electronic circuit design and measurement techniques
