Test Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Test Engineer to join their team full-time in Spain.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and oversee the fabrication of complex Load Boards and Probe Cards, ensuring signal integrity for high-speed digital and RF paths
• Create, debug, and maintain automated test equipment programs for wafer sort and final test
• Analyze large datasets to identify yield detractors and implement test time reduction strategies

Required Qualifications

• BS/MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in IC testing, focusing on Mixed-Signal and RF products
• Hands-on experience with industry-standard ATE platforms
• Proficiency in C/C++, Python, or Perl for test script automation
• Deep understanding of RF parameters and experience with lab equipment like Oscilloscopes and Spectrum Analyzers
