Test Engineer

Job Summary

To ensure the quality and reliability of the Customer Service Platform, the remote Test Engineer will design and execute comprehensive test strategies, develop UI automation frameworks, and perform API testing while collaborating with product stakeholders in a contract role.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute comprehensive test strategies for new and existing features
• Develop and maintain UI automation frameworks using modern tools
• Perform API testing across REST, GraphQL, and gRPC services

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress
• Proficiency in API testing methodologies and tools
• Hands-on experience with Python and JavaScript
• Experience managing and troubleshooting CI/CD pipelines
• Ability to balance automated and manual testing approaches
