Test Engineer

Job Summary

To support the Veterans Affairs department, the full-time Test Engineer will validate software quality through manual and automated testing, develop test plans and scripts, and ensure compliance with security standards in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Validate the quality, functionality, and performance of software applications through testing
• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and automated test scripts for system enhancements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure systems meet requirements and are ready for deployment

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline
• Experience in Agile testing environments
• Proficiency with testing tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright
• Experience with API testing tools
• U.S. Citizenship required for this position
