Test Engineer

Job Summary

Supporting one of the nation's largest federal healthcare modernization initiatives, the full-time remote Test Engineer will plan, execute, and validate comprehensive testing activities throughout the software development lifecycle, ensuring the delivery of reliable and high-performing healthcare technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and maintain various test plans including functional, integration, and user acceptance testing
• Create detailed test scripts and scenarios based on documented business and technical requirements
• Identify, document, and track software defects while collaborating closely with development teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
• Three years of experience in software testing, quality assurance, or systems validation within enterprise IT environments
• Experience with developing test plans and executing test cases, as well as documenting defects
• Familiarity with the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
• Experience with testing tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or Selenium is preferred
