Test Engineer
Job Summary
To support defense initiatives, the full-time remote Test Engineer will develop and maintain test scripts, review requirements, and perform product testing to ensure software quality and functionality.
Key responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and maintain test scripts for quality assurance in software releases
- Review requirements and perform product testing to identify and minimize defects
- Create and manage test databases, ensuring data integrity for unit testing
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree with at least 12 years of relevant experience in software quality assurance and testing
- Experience testing legacy systems, including those utilizing VB6, .Net, Oracle, and Java
- Ability to analyze defect reports and recommend corrective actions
- Proven ability to solve complex testing problems independently
- Current/active Secret clearance and U.S. citizenship required
