Test Engineer
Job Summary
Testing and troubleshooting the Workforce Experience Platform, the full-time Test Engineer will validate BIOS policies, assist with customer-reported issues, and document test results across various environments.
Key responsibilities
- Test BIOS policies and scripts in the Workforce Experience Platform across Stable, Stage, and Production environments
- Assist in troubleshooting customer-reported issues and verify fixes in collaboration with the SFT team
- Set up new tenants for testing and perform special testing assignments as requested by management
Required qualifications
- Experience with testing in software development environments
- Familiarity with troubleshooting and support processes
- Ability to document test results and provide knowledge transfer effectively
- Experience with BIOS policies and system configurations
- Technical background in IT services or consulting
