Test Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Test Lead who will oversee the testing process of software products and manage a team of testers.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage requirements and ensure they are documented in test plans and procedures
• Prepare and manage test documents and environments, coordinating with the test team and change management
• Support the Program Manager with various reports and status updates, and run triage calls to prioritize defects

Required Qualifications

• 5 years of IT industry experience
• Experience in Agile methodology
• Ability to read and understand functional and technical design documents
• Experience with various testing tools and SQL, Oracle
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field of study
