Job Summary

A company is looking for a Test Lead.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Agile delivery and support QA team during sprint planning to maximize sprint velocity
Develop test strategies, automation frameworks, and manage team performance
Integrate test automation into CI/CD pipelines and develop custom reporting engines

Required Qualifications

8+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance & Engineering
Hands-on experience with Test Automation using Playwright (TS) frameworks
Experience in delivering large-scale projects using agile, iterative, and waterfall models
Knowledge of tools rationalization and feasibility across multiple projects
Experience with CI/CD integration using Github Actions and Azure DevOps
